OUR MISSION
Women and Youth in Entrepreneurship is a not-for-profit workshop hosted as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) and in observance of San Fernando City Month. It is organised by Carific Coaching and Consulting in partnership with reputable businesses in Trinidad and Tobago. Our mission is to equip you with the tools to effectively grow and manage your business sustainably.

Nigel Romano
Director, Moore Business Solutions Ltd. & Former CEO, JMMB Bank (T&T)

Nigel Romano is Director of Moore Business Solutions Limited and a Partner with Moore Trinidad & Tobago, Chartered Accountants. He was, until recently, the CEO and Managing Director of JMMB Bank (T&T) Limited, a subsidiary of the JMMB Group, a position he held from March 2015 to his retirement in July 2019.
Mr. Romano has extensive global experience in public accounting and banking. He has served in leadership positions at the ANSA McAL Group, Citibank Asia Pacific and EY.
He is currently the chairman of National Flour Mills Limited, the Couva Medical and Multi-Training Facility Limited and the UWI Development and Endowment Fund and a director of the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute.

Christine Sahadeo
Senior Lecturer & former Deputy Dean, UWI, Attorney at Law & Consultant in Emotional Intelligence & leadership
Christine Sahadeo is a Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant, holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration, Bachelor of Law with the University of the London (Hon), Legal Education Certificate, and Hugh Wooding Law School and is a certified mediator.
She is a Senior Lecturer and former Deputy Dean at the University of the West Indies. She is a former Senator, Minister of Government and member of Cabinet and sub committees of cabinet. Christine spearheaded the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative to which Trinidad became a member in 2011. She has held several leadership positions during the course of her career including Assistant to the Inspector of Banks, CEO of a subsidiary of Massy Limited.
She has served on many boards and was the first female chairperson of a public quoted company in Trinidad & Tobago, National flour Mills Limited.
She is currently the Vice chairman of the Caribbean Court of Justice Trust Fund, Director of the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, member of UWI Trust and Endowment Fund. Director of Paria Fuel Trading and Guaracara Refining Company Limited

Nichola D. R. Harvey-Mitchell is a Success Coach, Author, Lecturer, Consultant, Inspirational Speaker & Social Entrepreneur. One can easily describe her as a warm, purposeful, determined, self-starter, results oriented, problem solver, risk-taker, team player and leader.
Nichola is the Founder and CEO of her consultancy firm, NDR Harvey & Associates, which offers various consultancy, coaching & inspirational speaking services to organizations. She is also the Founder and Director of the NGO called, We Say Y.E.S. Organization.
